On-Site Registration Information
On-site registration at Utsunomiya University will be open from:
- Day 1: 20 September (Saturday) from 8:30 – until closing
- Day 2: 21 September (Sunday) from 9:00 – until closing
Note: Please be aware that there may be some congestion on the first day. Therefore, it is advisable to arrive early to avoid queuing.
Presenters are kindly requested to complete their registration and arrive at their presentation room at least 30 minutes prior to their scheduled session. This will help ensure the session proceeds on time and address any technical issues, if necessary.
Parking is limited and not guaranteed; therefore, we ask all participants to use public transport when arriving at the venue.

The Book of Presentation Abstracts
The abstracts will not be made in hard copy, but will be downloaded as PDF files. Please note that the PDF file will be downloaded separately.
*Non-members who register in advance will receive the URL for downloading the file by email in advance.
*Those who attend the meeting on the day of the event will be sent a guide to download the file from the QR code.
